Java Developer (Low-Latency Trading Systems) @ Hedge Fund/Investment Bank, Singapore

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and enhance industry-leading low-latency equities trading systems
• Own end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams, from design to production
• Act as a key technical point of contact for front-office stakeholders, providing estimates and solution designs
• Build highly reliable systems with rigorous simulation, testing, and performance tuning
• Participate in architectural discussions, code reviews, and technical decision-making
• Support production releases and resolve post-deployment issues
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, setting technical standards across the team

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in Java , with a focus on low-latency, high-throughput systems (e.g. Connectivity, OMS, Market Access etc.)
