Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Perform Application Development (JAVA) following ITIL v3/v4 principles and best practices.
2. Perform analysis and provide recommendation to optimize the performance of the
application.
3. Work independently with less supervision in highly efficient manner.
4. Work onsite daily, and outside office hours for urgent issues/escalations/activities
5. Perform adhoc tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Skills/Characteristics required:
1. Experience in Java, Javascript, JSP.
2. Experience in Oracle.
3. Knowledge in mySQL & PostgreSQL.
3. Knowledge in ITIL v3/v4 is an advantage.
4. Knowledge in Cloud platforms like AWS, Azure.
5. Familiarity on Windows/Linux Server Administration
6. Knowledge in Frameworks (Spring, Struts, Hibernate, Ibatis/Mybatis),Apache
Tomcat and Eclipse IDE is an advantage is.
7. Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications for documentation, reporting, and
presentation tasks
