Responsibilities

• Analyze and design system requirements
• Capable of creating design/functional specifications and test plan documents for development
• Develop or implement new application enhancements
• Communicate with the project client and onshore counterparts regarding programming needs and technical deliverables
• Coach and mentor junior resources in their technical/code deliverables

To Qualify

• Minimum 3 years of experience in JAVA/J2SE
• Preferred skills:
  • Experience using Eclipse RCP Plug-in Development
  • Experience using Acceleo – MTL (Model to Text Language)
  • Experience using C/C++, C#, Cobol, and Reporting Tool – BIRT (Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools project)
