Java team lead

This a Full Time position is hybrid São Paulo, Brazil working with US clients.

3 days on site / 2 days at home

Auxílio Creche Required Qualifications:
Strong 8+ years of hands-on experience in Java 8+, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Microservices design patterns.
Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and API gateway frameworks.
Proficiency in SQL/No SQL databases (e.g., Postgre SQL, Mongo DB).
Familiarity with message brokers (Kafka, Rabbit MQ, etc.).
Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Excellent understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.
Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
Strong communication skills in English and Portuguese (written and verbal).
