Java Technical Expert / Lead

Position Description THIS ROLE IS BASED IN VANCOUVER BC AND IS NOT OPEN TO REMOTE OPTIONS.

We are looking for a Java Technical Expert who will act as a trusted advisor to the client. This is not a project management or team lead role; instead, the focus is on technical leadership, client guidance, and team development.

Deep Technical Expertise – Advanced knowledge of Java, related frameworks, and best practices.

Client Leadership – Able to understand client needs, guide solution design, and influence technical direction.

Hands‑On Contribution – Strong coding, debugging, and optimization skills, with the ability to solve complex technical issues directly.

Coaching & Mentoring – Supports and develops other team members by sharing knowledge, reviewing code, designs, and fostering best practices.
