What is Jazz Business Consultant?

A Jazz Business Consultant - FTTx will offer advice and expertise to Telecom & Internet Service providers to help them improve their business while leveraging Jazz's FTTH portfolio. In doing so, the JBC will build and sustain long‑term meaningful relationships with the clients while ensuring client engagement, selling/ upselling, retention, and satisfaction.

Jazz Business consultant is part of the FTTH department and reports directly to the Regional Manager. The Regional Manager reports to the Regional Head who leads a regionwide team of Business Consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their business well and sell/create solutions that cater best to the client’s needs.
• Actively seek out and develop new business opportunities for FTTH services, expanding the company’s market reach.
