Job Description

Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate BIM implementation throughout the project design and final model preparation.
Act as the primary contact for all BIM-related matters for assigned projects.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of the BIM Execution Plan.
Oversee updates to models, specialized models, and related databases.
Prepare drawing submission lists based on contract requirements.
Lead and supervise BIM Engineers to meet project timelines and standards.
Monitor drawing submissions and regularly update their status.
Support the Project Team with design changes, updates, and related issues.
Maintain and update all models, drawings, and documentation.
Attend BIM coordination meetings.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 7 years of experience in BIM modelling and coordination.
