As a Corrugator Production Chief, you will play a key role in leading manufacturing operations and ensuring strategic performance alignment. In this role, you will:

• Oversee corrugator production processes, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.


• Define and monitor key performance indicators including OEE, waste, average speed, schedule adherence, claims, and material consumption.


• Drive optimization of paper, adhesive, and steam consumption to improve cost efficiency.


• Analyze chronic downtime and eliminate bottlenecks to increase productivity and throughput.


• Ensure process control and quality compliance (ECT, adhesion, warp, crush) aligned with ISO standards.


• Manage budgeting and strategic planning for the department.


• Lead a team of approximately 60 employees, including supervisors, fostering leadership development and accountability.
