Purpose of the position:
The Jr Manager is responsible to plan and execute a short and long-term commercial strategy in alignment with Sales team and Digital Sr Manager.
He/She is responisble to define the building blocks to guaranty business growth, meeting sales target and profitability budget related with eCommerce activity.
To monitor the main KPI's across the funnel and evaluate the performance of digital marketing campaigns, seasonals, promotions and features to define future strategies in alignment with DBAs.
Manage qualitative and quantitative monthly e-commerce reporting to dentify and act on opportunities to improve performance and procedures.
Is responsible to manage PFME ($40Mio annually) and TE to drive cost efficient strategy and maximize results with a data driven approach.
