Role Jefe/a Optimización & Tecnología – responsible for leading lifecycle analysis and long‑term optimization of RGBU assets, deployment of new tools and technologies, and overseeing the innovation process for O&M. Responsibilities Lead RGBU asset lifecycle analysis with Controlling and plant managers to define asset profitability. Identify and analyze technical upgrades, process improvements, and contractual strategies. Propose long‑term optimization strategies using technical, commercial, and financial indicators.
