You will oversee the Purchase Order lifecycle in NetSuite, negotiating advantageous terms to ensure quality materials are acquired efficiently. Your role will help bridge internal teams with external suppliers, ensuring delivery meets standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee Purchase Order lifecycle with accuracy
• Contribute to volume pricing negotiations and TCO evaluation
• Maintain stock levels using advanced demand signals
• Track claims validation records for warranty recovery
• Negotiate vendor settlements for quality failures
Requirements:
• 2–4 years experience in purchasing or technical claims
• Advanced skills in ERP systems and Excel
