Jewellery Craftsman

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for:

• All custom-made jobs
• Alterations to jewellery pieces
• Master mould making

Your scop of work will also include the following but not limited to:

• Deliver highest levels of service to customers and to always maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Carry out quality control to establish standards of quality and in a timely manner
• Be meticulous and systematic in assessing jewellery pieces and to write/describe clearly on the job sheet what need to be done
• Work in a responsible manner by using eye goggles, earplugs, gloves and padded clothing when necessary. Report all incidents/accidents and faulty machinery to your superior
• Adopt the most effective and efficient methods to cut down the time spend on each repair jobs
