Job Description

Job Describtion
（1） 负责大客户专案支持，密切配合PSM/Sales完成专案，实现全体销售目标；
（2） 负责前期样品评测，送测之后跟踪进度，主动和客户沟通测试过程中出现的任何问题；并能够提出自己的见解，主动推动后端资源快速解决问题；
（3） 负责售中技术支持，包括：解决现场问题，远程电话支持以及在线解疑等；针对大客户重大问题事故需要上门现场进行分析并提供解决方案，最后做好技术总结工作。
Requirements
Work Experience: above 3 years
Education: Sr. High School
Department: ESBC-TSO
Working Location
深圳市南山区科技南12路28号康佳研发大厦4层 / NO.28, Keji South Road 12th, NanShan district, Shenzhen
3年以上PC类或者嵌入式计算机的技术支持经验；
电子、计算机、自动化相关专业专科以上学历
