岗位工作地点在青岛，精益数字工程师负责参与pMDI工厂建设，作为用户代表更好的支持项目组实现青岛pMDI工厂实现autonomous 工厂 设计理念和建设，参与制定工厂autonomous roadmap，并且通过精益数字化和AI技术和专业能力，领导/实施工厂团队的autonomous案例项目的推进和实施，加强和内外部利益相关方的沟通，该角色还将通过促进培训、项目学习与实践分享，并充分应用精益工具，如VSM，TPM，PPS，标准化，可视化，等持续改进工作，确保项目的建设交付和支持未来的商业化生产，打造青岛工厂成为autonomous工厂的典范。

This role is based in Qingdao. The Lean Digital Engineer will participate in the construction of the pMDI factory project and, as a user representative, better support the project team in realizing the autonomous factory design concept and building for the Qingdao pMDI site. The role will co‑develop the Qingdao site autonomous factory roadmap and, through lean digital practices, AI technologies, and professional expertise, lead/implement autonomous use‑cases projects for the site team. And will strengthen communication with internal and external stakeholders and, by facilitating training, project learning, and practice sharing, fully apply lean tools—such as VSM, TPM, PPS, ...
