Job Description

• Conduct train the trainer programme for master supervisors and trainers of partners
• Carry out revalidation training for Jio giga fiber associates, engineers and supervisors
• Execute performance coaching and on field mentoring
• Manage trainings on how to handle premium customers for Jio fiber, engineers
• Articulate and draft actual field scenarios and shared with teams at head quarters
• Support national head quarter teams in designing vernacular content
• Plan and execute buddy ride with newly hired master supervisors
• Ensure handholding of master supervisors for first 30 days
