JIRA Administrator

Indus Technology Corporation is hiring an experienced JIRA Administrator / JIRA Expert to support agile delivery, workflow optimization, and reporting initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who can confidently handle end-to-end JIRA configuration, create strong workflows, write advanced JQL, and extract JIRA data for reporting (Power BI preferred).
What you'll do:
Configure and maintain JIRA workflows, issue types, screens, schemes, permissions, and projects
Design and optimize workflows aligned with Agile best practices (Epics, Stories, Tasks)
Build complex JQL for dashboards, filters, and reporting
Export and structure JIRA data for analytics and stakeholder reporting
Create reports using Power BI (or similar BI tools)
Troubleshoot issues, support users, and improve overall JIRA usage
Requirements:
Proven experience as a JIRA Administrator / JIRA Expert
Strong workflow creation and customization experience
Advanced to expert-level JQL (mandatory)...
