JIRA Administrator / JIRA Expert
to support agile delivery, workflow optimization, and reporting initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who can confidently handle end-to-end
JIRA configuration
, create strong
workflows
, write
advanced JQL
, and extract JIRA data for reporting (Power BI preferred).

What you'll do:

• Configure and maintain JIRA workflows, issue types, screens, schemes, permissions, and projects
• Design and optimize workflows aligned with Agile best practices (Epics, Stories, Tasks)
• Build complex
  JQL
  for dashboards, filters, and reporting
• Export and structure JIRA data for analytics and stakeholder reporting
• Create reports using
  Power BI
  (or similar BI tools)
• Troubleshoot issues, support users, and improve overall JIRA usage
