Jira Platform and Workflow Lead (FTC 12-18 months)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Product Tool Optimistion Manager, to join our product team in Chiswick, West London for a 12–18 month FTC. In this transformation role, you will be responsible for delivering a defined portfolio of initiatives to optimise, rationalise, and govern the Product Delivery tooling estate.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experience of conducting tooling or platform assessments, with knowlegde of Atlassian (Jira/confluence) who thrives in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

Tooling Assessment & Strategy
• Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the current Product Delivery tooling landscape.
• Define a clear Tooling Strategy, including recommendations for rationalisation, optimisation, and future governance.
