J&J Protégé Trainee - Market Access

Overview

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join as a Market Access Protégé Trainee for 12 months. The trainee will oversee the Patient Access Program (PAP) with our outsourced partner, manage PAP requests from health care professionals, and support reporting, tender documentation, pricing updates, and related market access activities to ensure compliance with organizational SOPs and legal processes.

Responsibilities

• PAP Oversight: Manage the outsourced partner (ZPS) to ensure timelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements are met; monitor performance and provide regular feedback; collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PAP with overall commercial strategies.
• Monthly Reporting: Follow up with the outsourced partner to compile monthly PAP performance reports for the commercial team; compile quarterly PAP report reconciliations for finance; analyze data to identify trends, ...
