Junior Manager – Safety (JM Safety)
Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously improve driver and vehicle profiling systems across Customer Development (CD) and Workplace Services (WPS).
• Manage Route Risk Assessments (RRA) and Journey Management Plans (JMP).
• Drive digital safety initiatives, systems, and portals to ensure strong governance and compliance across CD and WPS.
• Lead the Two-Wheeler Safety Program for sales riders across Pakistan.
• Prepare monthly progress reports, trackers, data analysis sheets, and quarterly performance reviews.
• Lead new safety initiatives and add value to the existing safety framework.
• Ensure 100% compliance with the Drug & Alcohol Program and License-to-Operate Program.
