Jnr Sous Chef

We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie who is ready to move up in their career and take on the role on Junior Sous Chef.

Duties will include:

• Ensuring all sections are prepped up correctly and that all items are labeled correctly.
• Ensuring that ordering is done correctly and timeously.
• Assist in rostering
• Taking charge of the kitchen in the absence of the senior chefs.

There will be duties but this will be discussed in the interview process.
