Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled MEP BIM Modeler to develop fully coordinated 3D models for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems. This is a remote position.

Strong hands‑on experience modeling HVAC, electrical, fire protection, and plumbing systems using Autodesk Revit (MEP tools mandatory) and coordination tools such as Navisworks is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Mechanical (HVAC) – Model ductwork, chilled water piping, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, equipment; prepare HVAC layout drawings and sections; size ducts and pipes based on engineer markups
• Electrical – Model cable trays, conduits, lighting, and power systems; develop panel schedules and single‑line diagrams; coordinate lighting layouts and equipment placement
• Plumbing & Fire protection – Model water supply, drainage, vent systems; model sprinkler systems and fire protection piping; prepare isometric drawings for installation
