GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

Provides individuals a community-based program with support services designed to promote the self-determination, independence, productivity, integration and inclusion in the community. The position accomplishes this through culturally competent programs aimed at providing on-site assessment, training, and supervision to individuals in the community, in employment situations and in house training activities in a manner reflecting a professional, supportive manner with the individual businesses and the community at large and in keeping with the Journey Found mission.
