About The Role

Part‑time, 30 hours a week, 36 weeks per year. Pro‑rata salary: £16,147, progressing to £16,612 per annum.

Keighley College is recruiting for a Job Coach for Supported Internships to support learners with SEND in the Supported Internship Programme. The role involves developing confidence and work‑related skills of students planning to move into paid employment.

What You Will Do

• Facilitate employability training prior to the beginning of the Internship.
• Provide ongoing support in the workplace as required.
• Liaise with internal and external agencies, services and employers to provide useful support and opportunities for the student.
• Support students in and out of class to attend interviews for permanent jobs.
• Represent Supported Internships at events.
