* Providing and delivering a high level of customer service to our clients, employers, and stakeholders
* Building rapport and supporting our clients to increase their capacity to obtain sustainable employment
* Creating, tailoring, and implementing a partnered job plan with the client to support them during their employment journey
* Building sustainable and long-lasting relationships with local employers, registered training organisations and community organisations
