Job Responsibilities

• Manage workshop flow in term of capacity and availability.
• Distribute & delegate RO to the dedicated Foreman or Technician.
• Arrange all vehicles sent in for repairs/ maintenance to the appropriate work bay for work to be carried out.
• Manage and utilize technician labor hours according to flat rate.
• Monitor & update Technician clock in & clock off in the SAP.
• Update WFM information from start until servicing/ repairing job completed.
• Update & prepare report require (Productivity and Efficiency Report, CBJ Report and VOR Report in SAP system).
• Communicate and coordinate with all related parties to ensure job done as promised.
• Inform service advisor of delay in repairs and additional repairs/ defects.
• Ensure high efficiency and productivity of Technician. Analyze reasons for repeat jobs.
