Job Controller

· Manage workshop flow in term of capacity and availability.

· Distribute & delegate RO to the dedicated Foreman or technician.

· Arrange all vehicles sent in for repairs / maintenance to the appropriate work bay for work to be carried out.

· Manage and utilize technician labor hours according to flat rate.

· Monitor & update Technician clock in & clock off in the SAP.

· Update WFM information from start until servicing /repairing job completed.

· Update & prepare report require (Productivity and Efficiency Report, CBJ Report and VOR Report in SAP system).

· Communicate and coordinate with all related parties to ensure job done as promised.

· Inform service advisor of delay in repairs and additional repairs / defects.

· Ensure high efficiency and productivity of Technician. Analyze reasons for repeat jobs.
