1. Work would be 75% development and 25% Managing Team

2. 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow Development

3. Good experience in ITSM, ITAM, ITOM and HRSD

4. Handling Incident/request would be an added advantage

5. Good communication

6. Capability to manage team preferred
