Handling overall operations of Logistics from source to delivery.
• Be a first point of contact to handle and resolve customer complaints.

• Research information and troubleshoot problems using available resources.

• Getting deep into issues & providing efficient solution with help of the

internal Team.

• Monitoring loads on the application system

• Email communications and follow-ups

Previous International customer service experience

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Good listening skills

• Must be able to understand issues, help create solutions
