Total Energies is inviting qualified and motivated TVET/FET College graduates who require 18 months of practical workplace experience to join their Internship Programme in Cape Town. This opportunity is ideal for students who have completed their theoretical studies and need Work Integrated Learning (WIL) or P1/P2 practical experience to finalise their qualification. Interns will receive structured workplace learning and mentorship, gaining practical exposure aligned to their field of study within a leading global energy company.

Responsibilities Human Resources (HR) Intern Assist with filing, scanning, and organising employee records and HR documents. Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates. Help maintain training records and coordinate internal training sessions.
