We are looking for an experienced Product Owner with a strong background in Insurance or Banking domains to drive digital enhancements for operations-focused business systems (Claims, Policy Servicing, Customer Operations).

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog aligned with business & regulatory needs

• Translate business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria & test scenarios

• Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization

• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams

• Support UAT, releases, and post-implementation reviews

• Deliver digital initiatives in an Agile/Scrum environment

Requirements

Must-Have Experience

5+ years as a Product Owner

Mandatory Insurance or Banking / Financial Services domain experience

Experience working on enterprise business applications
