Experience and skills :

- Has 3+ years of relevant experience at a tech, product-driven company with examples of shipping product expeditiously

- Someone who can design, run, and deploy smart contracts in Solidity, Go or Rust

- Expert in blockchain technology and architectures (Ethereum, Solana, Cosmos, etc.)

- Someone who can architect a system e.g. in Node.js or Django; comfortable architecting backend schemas, APIs, storage and retrieval layers.
