About the Role
We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and self-driven Job Sourcing & Application Specialist to help candidates land interviews by proactively finding relevant job opportunities and submitting high-quality applications on their behalf.
This role is not about following a rigid SOP blindly. You’ll be expected to think independently, handle edge cases intelligently, and take full ownership of accuracy and outcomes.
If you are someone who notices small mistakes, enjoys problem-solving, and can work autonomously without constant supervision, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Source jobs daily across multiple platforms based on each candidate’s preferences (location, role, visa status, experience, etc.)
- Apply to jobs accurately and professionally using candidate-provided profiles, resumes, and cover letters
- Customize applications when required (not one-click mass applying)
