Job Description

Job Title – Sr. Finance Executive (US Accounts)  
Experience – 6 to 8 Years  
Shift Timings – 06:30 PM to 03:30 AM IST  
Location – Ahmedabad, Gujarat  
Sr. Finance Executive Responsibilities:  
Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments while adhering to company policies. 
Verify the accuracy of invoices, expense reports, and payment requests. 
Maintain AP aging reports and reconcile vendor accounts. 
Generate and send invoices to customers promptly. 
Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables to ensure timely collections. 
Reconcile AR balances and resolve discrepancies with clients. 
Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. 
Assist in closing books of accounts, including adjustments, accruals, and reconciliations.
