Requirements:

Matric

Diploma in Credit Management (1-4) or equivalent finance-related qualification.

Minimum 5 + years in credit control/debtors management, in the FMCG sector.

Supervisory experience overseeing Jnr Credit Controllers

Strong knowledge of credit vetting, collections, and reconciliations

Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Syspro, or Pastel) and MS Excel

Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills
