 Responsibility for network services with a focus on DC-LAN, LAN, WAN, security services in an international environment

 Collaboration with other service and process managers to ensure the smooth running of services and IT processes
 Ensuring the transfer of know-how from the current service provider
 Taking over operations from the current external service provider and responsibility for independent internal continuation
