Handling Inbound and Outbound calls, follow up on Enquiry and database

Understand student requirement and guide the student to the right courses offered by the college

Explaining eligibility criteria, course structure, course details, admission procedures

Should maintain good telephone Etiquette

Should learn to question effectively and listen patiently

Follow-up daily calls to maintain good student relationships

Maintain and update the student database
