Using the AEO Selling Model, you will connect with customers and help them find what they need, while promoting brand loyalty and our signature products. Flexibility across different store areas will enable you to support your team and handle any customer inquiries adeptly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model
• Make product suggestions and educate about items
• Introduce and explain the AEO loyalty program
• Assist in roles across Salesfloor and Fitting Room
• Address guest concerns in alignment with policies
Requirements:
• Passion for engaging with guests
