Canadian Women & Sport is seeking new Board Directors committed to equity in sport. Join an influential board dedicated to governance and strategic leadership in shaping Canadian sports.
We invite nominations for experienced, values-driven leaders to fill four Board positions. Successful candidates should have backgrounds in finance, non-profit leadership, or strategic planning, especially in grassroots sport. The board guides the organization in advancing systemic change for women and girls in athletics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set strategic direction and monitor plans
• Oversee financial health and budget approvals
• Ensure compliance with governance policies
• Support and evaluate CEO’s effectiveness
• Act as ambassadors for the organization
Requirements:
• Candidates must be 18+ years old
