As the Controller, you will partner with the Senior Director of Finance, ensuring effective implementation of financial strategies and accurate reporting. With at least 5-8 years as a controller in a medium-sized, fast-paced organization, your role will necessitate mastery of ASPE standards and team management. Your leadership will be vital in nurturing a high-performing financial team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage timely preparation of all financial reports
• Supervise the AP department and implement improvements
• Review balance sheets and financial data accuracy
• Coordinate financial audits to meet deadlines
• Mentor team members to grow their skills
Requirements:
• 5-8 years of controller experience in relevant industries
• Deep knowledge of ASPE standards
