Job Description

YOUR MISSION

  • Define, monitor, and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) & service level objectives for IT services in space projects

  • Ensure IT service operations meet agreed quality standards and uptime, coordinating incident, problem & change management

  • Lead QA across IT service delivery: audits, reviews, compliance, and continuous improvements

  • Collaborate with engineering, project management, and operations teams to deliver reliable, high-performing services

  • Report transparently on IT service metrics and quality KPIs to stakeholders

 

YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS

  • Knowledgeable in IT Service Management, ideally within aerospace, space, or similarly regulated environments

  • Proven strength in Quality Assurance for IT services : process definition, monitoring, audits, SLAs & metrics
