Your new role

Carry out general maintenance
Kitchen, bathroom & window installations in occupied & void properties
Working collaboratively with other trades and support teams to provide efficient, customer-focused service.
Ensuring all work complies with health and safety regulations and organisational standards.What you'll need to succeed

Must be time-served
Proven maintenance experience in void and occupied properties
Strong knowledge of health and safety standards related to joinery and construction.
Full UK driving licence What you'll get in return

Competitive salary £22.47 per hour PAYE
