Joinery Production Manager

We are working exclusively on behalf of a well-established bespoke joinery business based in Grantham to recruit an experienced Joinery Production Manager. This is a key leadership role within a quality-driven workshop, ideal for a joinery professional who enjoys combining hands-on expertise with team leadership.

Package & Working Hours

* Monday to Friday 8-4.30

* Two 30-minute breaks taken with the joinery team

* 20 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays

* Company pension scheme

* On-site parking

* A salary of between £36,000 and £40,000

CNC experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
