Job Description
Be the vital link for children and families with SAULTEAUX FIRST NATIONS HEALTH SERVICES as the Jordan's Principle Service Coordinator. Coordinate services, plan applications, and engage with the community effectively.
This role primarily focuses on supporting children and families in need through the Jordan's Principle framework. As a Service Coordinator, you will work alongside Indigenous Services Canada and other agencies to identify and address unmet needs. Your duties include submitting applications, gathering documentation, responding to inquiries, and completing essential reports.
