The Publishing Operations team is responsible for the implementation of operational changes and support across Wiley's portfolio of journals. This team performs operational tasks at scale such as process and workflow change updates, editorial data management, operational change tracking, transition implementation and tracking and other supporting activities. Within the team, the Journal Operations Manager drives management of team operational tasks for large projects and strategic implementations by providing oversight of junior colleagues and helping to manage project pipelines.
