Journey Facilitator Full-Time Role

• Input and track journey data on ShareVision
• Collaborate with stakeholders for effective solutions
• Conduct assessments and educational sessions for staff
• Represent posAbilities at community events and forums
Requirements:
• At least 2 years in a collaborative work setting
