Duties and Responsibilities

• Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine preventive maintenance tasks on production machinery, including conveyors, mixers, packaging equipment, and refrigeration systems. Conduct inspections, lubrication, and adjustments to ensure equipment operates efficiently and meets production requirements. Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, identify root causes, and implement effective repairs to minimize downtime. Respond promptly and provide emergency unscheduled troubleshooting and repairs of production equipment during the manufacturing process to prevent disruptions.
• Facility Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area, ensuring compliance with sanitation standards and food safety regulations. Monitor and repair facility systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, to support a safe and comfortable working environment.
