Position Scope:

Journeyperson Heavy Duty Mechanic

with large earthworks construction / mining project experience.

We offer: 2 week on / 2 weeks off or 3 weeks on/3 weeks off rotations; 12-hour days Competitive hourly rates with Overtime Pay (1.5x), Fly in and fly out. Travel and accommodation provided. Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities: Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining equipment, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and uptime of heavy mobile equipment critical to mine operations. Works within the contract presented to the client. Mentor apprentices and support employee development and training. Attend weekly safety meetings and provide a safe work environment. Daily documentation and correspondence between client and company on performance of equipment as described in the applicable contract.
