Job Description

                    Overview  Our client is a locally owned and operated mortgage brokerage that is experiencing exponential growth and hence currently looking to hire multiple Mortgage Loan Originators/ Officers to service our operations in Southern California specifically in areas of Newport Beach, Los Angeles, and Orange County. 
 Responsibilities 
 Seeks prospective opportunities to retain and/or develop new clients
 Recommends loan solutions in accordance with lending guidelines and clients' requirements
 Manages a portfolio of customer relationships
 Collects and analyzes customer financial information for multifaceted and/or complex borrowers
 Strives to close 3-5+ loans/month 
 Qualifications 
 NMLS (Required) 3 - 15+ years experience in Loan origination 
 Looking for an overachiever and can prove Come build an empire within our fine, progressive company
