Jr. Accountant

Position Overview

JJ Global Services is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant . This role is ideal for someone who is organized, analytical, and eager to grow within a fast-paced, service-driven organization.

The Junior Accountant will primarily manage receivables, ensure timely collections, reconcile accounts, and support the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor accounts receivable aging reports
• Generate and send invoices to clients accurately and on time
• Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate collections
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
• Post customer payments (checks, ACH, wire transfers, etc.)
• Maintain accurate AR records and documentation
• Assist with month-end closing processes
